Our gift vouchers are a thoughtful way to support someone’s comfort, mobility and wellbeing.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
At the time of purchase, the buyer will be asked to provide the full name of the person receiving treatment.
For security and accurate record keeping, voucher balances are stored electronically as credit within our GDPR-compliant practice management system, Cliniko, under that person’s name. This means a paper or email copy of the voucher is helpful but not essential. Please ensure the details are entered carefully, as we may be unable to locate the credit if incorrect information is supplied.
Once payment has been completed, the purchaser will be sent an email gift voucher confirming the value, recipient name and expiry date. If you would prefer a printed hard copy, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this.
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for treatments or services provided by Admiral Foot Care. If the treatment costs more than the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at the appointment. If it costs less, any remaining credit can be used on a future visit within the original validity period. No cash change will be given.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
All voucher bookings are subject to our usual cancellation and missed appointment policy.
Because credit is securely recorded within our system, we do not need to replace lost paper or email vouchers. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen copies.
Gift vouchers are intended for the named recipient, but we understand circumstances can change. Transfers to another person may be arranged at our discretion. Please contact us before the appointment so we can update the details within our secure system.
Vouchers may not be resold or transferred for commercial or promotional purposes.
